Inaugurada em 18 de Junho de 1994, a PBKIDS é hoje um dos nomes de maior expressão no mercado nacional de brinquedos. Antes de se tornar uma rede de lojas, foi distribuidora exclusiva da marca Fisher Price no Brasil. O sucesso dessa empreitada motivou a idéia de criar uma rede de lojas de brinquedos, com um departamento específico para importação e que traz inúmeros produtos exclusivos para a rede.
